EUNSEO SONG

Hi, I’m Eunseo. Thanks for stopping by 💌
Ever since I was a child, the world of design has fascinated me. I would always search for new and innovative designs around me, actively looking for a series of adventures that could go beyond my wildest dreams of becoming a designer. I see the designers going above and beyond to bring their ideas into reality. As a designer, I firmly believe that anyone can communicate their various experiences and relate to one another through the world of design.

01.Sónar Music Festival
Brand Identity
;2024

Graphic Design / Jon Newman

Created a visual identity for an electronic music festival, Sonar. Designed a bold, immersive brand identity that transforms sound into a striking visual language. This identity extends across lanyards, tickets, stage designs, clothing, posters, and banners, creating a cohesive as well as electrifying experience.

02.MoMA Poster Series

Brand Identity
Motion Graphics
;2023

Graphic Design / Jon Newman

Designed a triptych of moving posters for MoMA’s Art Lab exhibition. Noticing the space felt geared only toward children, I avoided childish aesthetics to appeal to all ages. The dynamic, sophisticated motion reflects the exhibition’s interactive nature, while animated shapes entering and exiting a door symbolize an open invitation to explore and create.

03.Resident Advisor

Brand Identity
Editorial Design
; 2024

Graphic Design / Jon Newman

Created a visual identity for Resident Advisor. Produced a sleek and shiny logo that reflects the festival's modern and energetic vibe. The design incorporates a risograph pink color, adding a bold and unique touch to the overall visual identity. By extending the texture and characteristics of the logo to other printed elements, the overall editorial creates a cohesive and dynamic aesthetic.

04.Ariari

Brand Identity
; 2023

Graphic Design / Jon Newman

Designed the visual identity for Ariari, a Korean seafood restaurant in NYC inspired by the port city of Busan. The logo draws from the traditional Korean stamp “yin-gam,” while seafood graphics and Hanji paper textures highlight the restaurant’s Korean roots. The identity spans menus, takeout bags, and signage, blending Busan’s heritage with NYC’s vibrant energy.

05.Bin It Up

Brand Identity
Interaction Design
; 2025

Click Touch Move / Ruth Edwards

Designed a UI/UX for BinItUp, a waste management tool that helps users recycle correctly and connect with recycling services. The app features six key sections—CO2 savings tracking, image-based item scanning, recycling instructions, pickup scheduling, upcycling ideas, and eco-style discovery. With a focus on usability and engaging design, it encourages sustainable habits through interactive and practical features.

06.Bottled Identity

Brand Identity
; 2023

Graphic Design / Jon Newman

Designed bottle labels for balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, raspberry jam, and blueberry jam, featuring bold, gradient-rich illustrations in a new artistic style. Each label reflects the product’s essence through distinct colors and compositions, blending modern appeal with a handcrafted touch. The final presentation included selecting and photographing real bottles to showcase the designs, merging illustration with practical packaging.

07.Flux

Type Design
; 2025

Flux is a typeface that explores the balance between structure and movement. A ribbon weaves in and out of a grid-shaped cube, creating a sense of depth and fluidity while maintaining a strong, geometric foundation. The design plays with contrast. I created Flux both digitally and physically, with the physical version showing how I got inspired. Building it in three-dimensional space helped me understand how movement interacts with structure, shaping the final design.

08.Noguchi Museum Guide

Brand Identity
Editorial Design
; 2023

Designer Image / Henry Nuhn

Designed a brochure for the Noguchi Museum, reflecting its bold yet minimal essence. I used my own photos to create an immersive floor plan background and paired it with strong, simple graphics that echo the museum’s austere atmosphere and stone sculptures, balancing weight and clarity in a clean, modern layout.
